Remodeling of Warehouses and Office

The running of the company and suitability to construction scheduling, functional restructuring, storage capacity, create an exhibition area, forecasting expansion of the accessories department and create an unique image for the three warehouses that could distinguish them from the surroundings and be generator of a new identity, were the basic principles adopted in this proposal. A metallic "skin" which coats the exterior of the building and follows into the interior causing a symbiosis between these two moments, an element whose function has as its premise on the orientation of public, semi private and private spaces, that working autonomously, produces inviting transition spaces in the demonstration areas and inhibiting sensations in the private areas.
