The industrialization and temporary nature of residences set the tone for a type of modular construction and maximum use of prefabricated elements, a principle that was taken as a guide for the entire intervention. The proposal is therefore based on a minimum module of 60x60cm that is applied from the building site and volumetric modeling to the housing units formation, structural modulation and modulation of cladding materials.
