Reflecting on the concept of society, we realize that it can promote a more integration functioning as a living organism. Thus, our proposal would have to work in community, to relate itself with the existing infrastructures, to interact with all the social groups, to be sustainable, to be heterogeneous, safe, dynamic, balanced and an open system.
